So we Laboured....and celebrated..

and I am still labouring...finally found the perfect shape
and fabric for our kitchen...
So this is one I have to make a few more of....

And another to match the riot boys eyes...lol

Our wee Sumo turned 1 year old  yesterday, here he was hiding in David's armoire....he scared me as I was pressing some shirts and left the room for a second...and out he popped out from David's shirts... My camera was on the bed, so I snapped away...

He is pure joy and we never take any moment for granted. We do note he has slowed down  in his growing while Monchat who turned 11 months yesterday, is 4 pounds heavier and a month younger.

Sumo has his moments when he is short of breath but it does not seem to slow him down when he and his brother are playing... We are still not sure how long his life will be, but for the moment, we enjoy every adventure he shares with us...

As it is LABOUR Day, we are all labouring...I just canned some ANTIPASTO
it is in the pressure cooker at the moment...

So while I am writing this, David is cleaning up the kitchen for me
and the boys are playing in the canning jar box....

Monchat on our bed, he follows me around like a lost child...always wants to be
in the same room as I am....He is always deep in thought lol

Sumo just happy to play in the box and rest awhile...
Monchat is getting so full his face and body...looks very much like his father..
and he has the softness of him Mumm...

And as my labouring continues, I made a few more SoapDresses.....
I am still working on the pattern, seems they have their own idea what they want to look like...

I just completed this green one, which is about right....but we will see..
I will make another one or two today in REDS...

David just called, Antipasto is ready to be removed from the pressure cooker..

I make my antipasto with olives, green and black, cauliflower, yellow peppers,
tomato sauce, sundried tomatoes, tuna, ketchup and vinegar..

I omit pearl onions, carrots and mushrooms...

It is fabulous on a variety of crackers...we often have this as a lunch snack...
very filling and full of succulent taste..

Gosh I love fall and LABOUR DAY...

off to my kitchen and studio..
Happy Labour DAY!

    1. HI Deonn, how observant you are....lol the soap-dresses are to accompany the dish-dresses....yep..I finally got the pattern right for the soap-dresses...and the riot boys, they will be with us 1 year in Dec and Jan as they were not released till they were 3 months old.
