It has been a Heart Felt week with our "Riot Boys".
They all possess unique personalities. We have only been
"Family" for one week, seems much longer.
We had vet visits this week ( just like any new Mumm)
you have to be sure everyone is healthy and have updated vaccines.
We had insurance co's to deal with! MORE Pet food to purchase, more toys,
some sewing, lot's of playing.. The week zoomed by....
Monchat has only been here one week, Sumo adores him, they are constant
playmates. T-cup just watches in amazement. She is such a sweet cat
and has taken her role as Matriarch with pride.
You would think Sumo is much larger than our Main Coon Mama..
it's just the camera angle...T-cup thinking, " Hey boys, you are crowding me"
or something like that...
I wanted to keep a journal of their activity- because before you know it, they will be ADULT cats and their days will look so much different.
In the meantime, David and I enjoy our Riot Boys, our home is filled with laughter
and "did you see you that" moments...
They both take turns in this basket...Monchat usually wins...Sumo is very accommodating
to his wee brother.
Monchat has unique traits, although he is the first to wake us that he is hungry,
he will sit by his food until Sumo is almost done of his, then he will eat his..
( we thought he may be saying his prayers, thankful for his new family wink)
Very odd. As soon as you near him he purrs...purrs wellllll constantly.
Very loving to both of us...loves to be cradled in my arms..
Sumo on the other hand is so gentle and always wants to be sure Monchat
has enough play time...he will wait for him when one is not in the same room..
They both for some strange reason, love drinking water from the bathroom.
I always have a bowl on my bathtub...
Sumo will not drink until Monchat is there.
Again soooo odd considering they only have been together 1 week...
Monchat has certainly become more my cat, preferring when Monchat is napping
to sneak away and spend some one on one time with me...
He still kisses me at least 2x a day, Monchat constantly head bumps me
and loves my feet...he has a foot fetish and I must keep slippers on...lol
I love nap time, hard not to love this sweet photo of Monchat, in his slumber land.
Our Riot Boys spend a lot of time on their towers...at least a couple hours
each day, usually when I am making the bed and getting my breakfast ready.
And in the meantime, I completed all the stitchings for our CAT RUNNER....I am just sewing it all together today and possibly by end of the day, our FAMILY of felines will have an extra CAT RUNNER for the back of our loungers.... In the evening it is not unusual to have all of them laying on the back of our lounger purring away...
I love being their pet keeper... miss you all this week....how have you been?
