It is a MINI day in a big WAY!

Good MORNING....Ohhhh the skies are gray but I am filled with sunny weather... I did take a spin or two yesterday at our Mini Cooper Dealership. Shaun Bos is a Specialist in MINIs but he is also a specialist in courtesy, dedication, knowledge, fairness, and extreme SWEETNESS. He will be so embarrassed when he sees this wink wink...

I think one of the greatest assets I have with dealing with millions of people in my career is I can PICK WINNERS. I knew from the moment I met Shaun, I knew his Mom very well, she was one of the dearest souls ever to fill our town with her gentle spirit. She certainly passed that on and more to her son. Our day together was really filled with excitement and very special moments, he will even tell you that.

We went from a RED mini cooper, to Peppered White and settled on this BLACK one, below Shaun... I think it best reflects my taste and style. We joked about I can always wear a RED hat, which Shaun was going to find me...but I have lots of hats, we settled on a New BAG with MINI on it...

It will be ready tomorrow...I have already contacted a company to add my logo to the side panels
and link to MUFFIN TO LOSE on the bumper.

YOU can build your own car with all the links ....totally cool in so many ways..

I also met Brian, Waugh a dear man with so much heart, it could fill this page. His love for family and his passion for his role at Mini Cooper can not be ignored...They are gems at this dealership.
So unusual when you think about it...SLEEK CAR SALESMEN, could never be further from the truth....We will be FRIENDS forever. I can bet my NEW MINI On that ....

And now for a story..... A NOT SO SWEET STORY...

ONCE UPON A TIME.....

Let me share something with you. Quite a few years ago, there was this cereal that would have me skipping down the aisles , it was a childhood thing. My Nanny for a treat would buy
SUGAR CRISP. Goodness me the BOX should have told me everything...but what did I know I was a kid who thought my Nanny loved me so much that Sugar Crisp was her way of showing me SHE LOVED ME. And she did! and so did Post Foods the makers of this SWEET BOX of SUGAR...they tell you on the box for goodness sake...

Here is what happened to me, READ MORE HERE....

It is Canada day, so David and I are going to enjoy some one on one time, reading and stitching, I have a Paper Lady that is beckoning me to sit with her awhile...

LOOK at what CORI has completed... she is gorgeous in her sailors dress...and look at that hat?

I must run....I have a muffin beckoning to me and some hot coffee...
Happy Canada Day, fellow Canadians..

  10. Happy Canada Day!
I am in love with your Mini.... I have always wanted one of those delightful cars but they are so expensive to buy here in Australia that I would need to win Lotto big time to be able to afford (and justify) one....
    Enjoy lucky lady!!
    Hugs xx

    1. HI Noni, I asked about that yesterday...even in Canada they are very expensive as they are made in Germany and the Netherlands and have to be brought over by containers....When I think of how much to mail muffin mix over sees because of the weight....can you imagine a heavy car lol... Never stop dreaming...seriously....I too always wanted one of these cars..

Congrats on your new mini...We just bought my daughter one for her first car...Her's is a really cool color called velvet silver and has a little British flag sticker emblem thing son both sides and these cute little round lights added to the front. We love her little car. It is so fun to zip around town in. And good gas mileage
