Bringing Paper Ladies to life as PIN CUSHIONS ( 1/2 dolls pin cushions)....and sneak peaks

She is a DOLL artistes, she sculptures clay into these amazing petite
pieces of art...  I approached her recently to see if she would be interested
in designing our PAPER LADIES in clay form for some PIN cushions...

She can be reached if you too would like a doll that you can
make into a PIN CUSHION...

I am going to work on this one, to show you how to make
1/2 dolls into pin cushions....
This was one she designed to look like our MAY Paper Ladies..

I am going to dress her in BLUES, I then will return it
to Christel so she can put it up on EBAY.

This weekend I am planning on working on
a few of these other 1/2 ladies that I found...

I was so in love with this idea of these 1/2 dolls--- I got on EBAY myself
and purchased a few of them....
This one is over 100 years old.....They became very abundant in
the 1930's and many ladies made them into pin cushions...
So that is what I am going to do....

I also found this one with pretty legs on Etsy..
She is going to be made into this pretty fabric with layers of ruffles...
This one is less than 2 inches tall...
She is made from Porcelain, she is called GRACE!

Ohhhhh Look another of Christel's girls....I am going to turn
her into a pin cushion as well in a favourite colour of mine...
She looks to me like Dorothy from the Wizard of
I am going to call her JUDY wink...

I have chosen gingham and dots from RBD, I think it will suit them pefectly!

Oh and I completed our next CHALK Talk....
will show more when CORI has her completed..

It turned out so well..

So there you have it... a new project to consider
in the near future...

PIN CUSHIONS and more CHALK TALK with us...

To a lovely weekend..

YOU are kind, YOU are important
to me..
