Flags on a Stick DAY 1

Well by now you know I love anything
RED BLACK and WHITE...

I am pretty sure I will have something
designed with these colours....(wink)

HISTORY OF THIS HOP...

It all started with our delightful neighbours ( Bob and Darlene)  who
seasonally add FLAGS ON A STICK
that always has me smiling when I drive by.
~
So when I got home after seeing her Christmas one,
I googled FLAGS ON A STICK
and lo and behold someone had a company with
that exact name…. Yes, totally freaked me out!
 ~

Of course then I am already thinking-- BLOG HOP!
I am already thinking "WE can design our very own FLAGS"
I am already thinking " Maybe you too will want to play"
~

Yep that is what I was thinking… ( my creative muscles have
been- well shall we say…sparkling…my DH calls
me sparky- now you know why)

OUR cheerleader for this hop is no other
( link to schedule)

She knows all about waving FLAGS, she is a great
cheerleader and keeps us all waving back and forth...

She always has great ideas for projects and no doubt
will have us in the PINK with her new flag.....

NOW get ready to cheer our ladies who will also
be waving FLAGS....leave them comments...
you have no idea how that can be reciprocated
into creating a LOVELY day for someone....

FOR THOSE who will be needing FLAG POLES after this event....

 I have 2 choices for you…

Obviously Flagsonastick has some….
here is their link...

( they are both our sponsors for this event
and we thank them with many WAVES of our FLAGS)

Flags on a Stick
( think flags. think this company)
She has amazing flags for every season, every occasion
they are bright, they are cheery, they will make you smile...

and

Flag OUTLET

As we always provide some  choices..

HERE is another… I came across this POLE company
that has some very interesting unique finials on the poles
The GENTLEMAN I spoke to really GOT we are doing…
His role will become known during our HOP…

of course they would have a HEART

I know of at least one lady who will be showing her HEART
and new FLAG.

nooo not a STAR

I know of at least one lady who will be showing a STAR
with her NEW FLAG

is that a LADY BUG ?
( I know of at least one lady who will be showing her lady bug
with a NEW FLAG On it)

OHHHH ONE  more thing….

I would also like to convey, that it is a possibility
if any of YOU create and design an OUTSTANDING FLAG
the owner of Flagsonastick will share your idea with a company
that manufactures her FLAGS….
and you could someday have a REAL FLAG on the market!

So what are you waiting for?
WAVE YOUR FLAG!
( of course after YOU design one)

I saw FLAGS, did you ? Did you cheer for them...
Did they see you....? GOOOD...

HERE are our top 2 today.....
our first day was a welcomed treat...all of our
flag creators stepped it up and we are soooo pleased
to see your flags waving...

  1. This is a such a great idea and has introduced me to a whole new world. We do not have garden flags here in Australia so I will certainly be the first in my street

  2. I have to say that I never thought I'd be a flag person, being rather a recluse by nature and keeping my emotions and feelings mostly hidden, but after browsing around Flags on a Stick a couple of weeks ago with the gajillion flags, and then today seeing all of the lovely display poles (I am a sucker for wrought iron anything), I want a pole, I want a couple, I want to make flags. And I'm gonna!! So there. Mdm. Samm -- has anyone ever told you that you can be quite a seductive tease? ;-)

  16. So many great flags on stick. As we don´t have similar flags in Sweden and I have no garden at all, I will only enjoy following all the creative ladies from the side. But I am sure I will have fun and there will be many smiles on my face during the blog hop. It is a wonderful idea and I love, love that Easter bunny.

The wind will be blowing harder tomorrow so I hope my little flag will show out for some better pictures!
