  1. Hello my dear :) I would share my bowl with my granddaughters. It has been crispy hot here for the last days of summer. I Don't feel like cooking supper when it is so hot .... cereal for supper in these super cute bowls works for me! I did get my peach pie made today despite the heat... yum-yum with a little ice cream. Love good food! Thank you :) Janita

  4. I would share with my grandson. He hates soggy cereal so much, he eats it dry and drinks his milk on the side from a glass.

  5. Obol - strange, wonderful things - never heard of them before - they look very interesting. I would have to give it to myself and Miss H, so we could share!

  6. I'd give one to my DD who always complains about soggy cereal.

    ReplyDelete
  7. There's those delicious Obols again! I would love to have one and I would not share it.. I would be stingy and keep it all for myself. is that bad? hehe

  15. What a great bowl! No more using the spoon to drain off the extra milk. My husband would love this.

    ReplyDelete
  16. These are so fun! I would give the bowl to my sweet husband who loves crispy cereal. He is a big capn' crunch fan.

  18. I just asked the hubby if he would like it, but he's more on the "I like my cereal moist" team... so it would be mine! Yay! Come on, how else can I eat my Fruity Pebbles without them getting soggy in less than a minute ;)

    ReplyDelete
  19. I'd give it to my daughter. She's a very, very picky eater and would probably love it. She doesn't like for her food to touch.

    ReplyDelete
  20. These would have been just perfect for my daughter. She loves cereals, plastic bowls and bright colours. Three in one, that's a Kinder egg, isn't it?

    ReplyDelete
  21. Being an "only" child I may have a sharing issue but I would consider sharing with hubby. But I like my cereal crispier than he does, so I would probably get to use it more! You would think I would have outgrown that only child thing by now.

    ReplyDelete
  22. The obol would be perfect for my grandson who sometimes dilly dallies when eating his cereal and of course it gets soggy and then he doesn't want to eat anymore then. Green is the one he would choose.

    ReplyDelete
  23. I would probably give the obol to my dad.....since he lives with us.....I'm sure I would get to try it out too!

    ReplyDelete
  24. I have never heard of these before--what a great invention! I would have to give in to one of my grandchildren--2 of my granddaughters love cereal in the mornings.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I have never seen these before, but I would give mine to my precious DIL who has 3 small precious children ~ my grandchildren! Rcoyle at olemiss dot edu

  26. How fun are those! Great colors & spoons. You can't beat a good bowl.

    ReplyDelete
  27. These are so colorful and fun! I'm sure my 5-year-old grandson, James, would love to eat his cereal out of one.

    ReplyDelete
  28. I would give this to my husband. He is a slow eater...far too slow in my opinion, but that is healthier.

    ReplyDelete
  29. I'd share with my little girl. She would love this.

    ReplyDelete
  30. One would be mine the other my daughters. We are the 2 most frequent cereal eaters. as we eat it daily. My daughter also has a bowl of cereal after school or in the afternoons daily. Her power snack she says. She is addicted to the Specail K with the red berries that is her favorite of all the cereals. The guys here rarely eat cereal. Although my son will snack on it dry late at night. Wonder if you could try modge podge to put the gingham on the outside of the bowl. if it would stay intact. I would never try it ont he inside of a bowl. That would not be food safe I am sure. And would definitely ruin faster than on the outside. Love the gorgeous thread snacks in your bowl. Is the thread the extra surprise in the giveaway. if so I am gonna cross all the body parts I can for luck. lol.. As I have been wanting to try that thread for quiet some time now. As I have returned to embroidery with a passion .

  31. So wish I could buy an OBOL, I eat my cereal dry just because I don't like it to get mushy, then I drink a glass of milk when I am all done :) Silly, I really just need one of these and they now ship International, nice.

    ReplyDelete
  32. My daughter would love this bowl!

    ReplyDelete
  33. I have a 6 year old grandson that would just love an OBOL. I think I will need one too.

  38. I would give one to my daughter! She would be so excited!

    ReplyDelete
  39. Nothing worse than soggy cereal! This looks pretty neat. I would give one to my little granddaughter for her cheerios.

    ReplyDelete
  40. What magical bowls! My GD does not like her sauce and pasta mixed so would be perfect for her!

    ReplyDelete
  41. I would give my OBOL to my little niece Miss Rosie who at 15 months is into separating her food up an leaving the milk on her cearal to last.

    ReplyDelete
  42. I have NEVER heard of OBOL in my whole life, up to now.... I don't even know, if they are available here in Switzerland.... But the colours are fabulous!!! And a nice winter soup on one side and some crunchy croutons on the other side.... that would be a HIT!

    ReplyDelete
  43. I would keep this bowl for MOI. Not only is this great for cereal, but how about small serving of chips and dip, salsa and chips, pretzels and dips, veggies and dip, etc. If they make you a gingham bowl, you'll have to add ruffles to it. ; )

    ReplyDelete
  44. The bowl is super cute. Love your m&m and thread pic. They should totally make them in gingham. It would be über cute!! Oh, by the way, LOVE your wickedly cute new heading!!!

    ReplyDelete
  45. That is genius. One for mama bear and one for papa bear. Goldilocks is on her own...

    ReplyDelete
  46. Cool idea! I've not seen these bowls before. There are certain food items I like to keep separated for awhile too.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Would love to share with my DH.
So many things they would be good for...thanks for the chance to win.

    ReplyDelete
  48. Cool header on the blog! I am of course watching for the batik sign ups, LOL

  51. I can think of so many ways to use that bowl. My grandkids would love it too. Good thing I save my Bed Bath & Beyond coupons.

    ReplyDelete
  52. What a great bowl! I'd be the only one using it as everyone else in this house likes really soggy cereal. Blehhhhh. Thank you for the chance to win!

    ReplyDelete
  53. I LOVE the OBOL bowl, but don't have one yet. I've never been a soggy girl and often prefer dry cereal to risking getting soggy. My little grandson is just entering the stage of eating cereal, so he'd get to share. :-) I may have to go searching for a BB&B near my new home since I haven't seen one since I moved. I like the look of those Presencias in there too! A dual-duty bowl. Thanks for the fun opportunity to own one!

    ReplyDelete
  54. I would give my OBOL bowl to my granddaughter! She would love to eat out of it! Fingers and toes crossed! Hers too!

    ReplyDelete
  55. My OBOL would go to my husband - he eats cereal every day.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I would give them to my DH and special grandson. Dh has been wanting one since he first saw it as he likes his cereal dry not soggy. Grandson won't use milk because he is like grandpaw. They both eat cereal throughout the day. My DH is disabled but makes sure I am fed throughout the day as I work from home and quilt when I can. And you all know how it is as you get engrossed in something, three hours later you are starving because you forgot to eat... :-)There are days he barely can move but he does for me. Thanks for the offer..

  57. Such cute bowls!! Would be great Christmas gifts.
