Soooo scrambled today...

From very early this morning, I felt SCRAMBLED. I did what most of you do each morning, check here to see what is on our blog.

OUR BLOG was gone...I have many friends, important friends, friends who I can count on time and time again. They are like my EGGS, they keep me together. They keep us together.

So I called upon them 8 hours ago, and with the speed, confidence and knowledge, they put US back together again... Although I have to admit for the longest 8 hours of my BLOG LIFE, I felt scrambled....sick to my stomach in fact....

Our BLOG was up for renewal and there was someone out there who knew the exact moment to come in and try to purchase OUR DOMAIN NAME. The good news is even after an email of a request to purchase it back, I still had a grace period.... so their request was just a threat , a very sick threat.

So with Technical support and a CREDIT CARD. I was able to get us LIVE once again.

So here is to a few of you who had my back, and made me feel, we would be all together again
and the only thing I cracked was my bowl, from holding on sooo tight...

I need a coffee and an ASPIRIN, I have a headache....Good thing all of my post was completed
and I had no sewing to do today...would not want that OTHER LADY thinking she won by default wink.

I have to run, I have to leave comments and choose our top 3 for today....

  5. Samm, I've been worried about you all day! At first I thought it might be my computer... Just sat down to check on you again, send a note to see if you are all right, and voila! You're back! Oh, there are some sneaky people out there. I'm sure it is a relief not only to me, but to all of your friends/fans. Look out, Madame Samm is a force to be reckoned with! We love what you do, we need each other, and this platform you've provided for us to learn from and share with and teach each other just can't be replaced! Thank heaven for you! Big sigh of relief.

  9. Good to hear your blog hadn't been scrapped or something. I've herd of that happening to posts, but to entire blogs? So nice to see you back. Maybe some chocolate and wine might help after the coffee and aspirin? Lol. Good thing this didn't happen on YOUR day to share!

  11. Welcome back. After today you will need to celebrate with something slightly stronger than coffee. But just imagine all your quilters chasing the culprits with the intention of revenge on those who plan to harm Mdm.Samm.

  19. I know how you feel. My own site went down for 2 days because the person managing my renewals let it expire! I quickly got another, responsible manager (my daughter). Take the weekend off. You deserve it. We all send our love and prayers for a continued, stress-free web presence!

  28. Oh, what a horrid, horrid day for you. Thank heavens to your service techs that were able to help you out of a bad situation. I had no idea as I was gone all day to a sew-in and just finally got caught up with two days of blog hopping. Here is hoping that tomorrow is a much, much better day. After all, tomorrow we get to see who won this round, you or that other lady who swears she is not competitive.

  44. Hummm... you have to pay to keep the blog name? I have no idea what that amounts to, but with all you do for us, the least we could do, is share the cost of the name. After all, it's our lives too! :-)
