  17. Great start to the Dresden Hop. Madame Samm, I don't know how you can choose only three for winners today. So very hard to do. The only way I would be able to do it would be to put my 5 or 6 choices of the day in a hat and pick the winners that way.

To be honest with you, I never liked the dresden. However, after seeing some of creative ways it was put together might just coax me into trying it myself.

Can't wait to see what the day's to come bring us.

  26. Here we go again! What a wonderful group of contributors.... You must have had a hard time figuring out the top 3. I enjoyed them all. I also want to thank each of the blogs for not having the numbers and letters to be able to comment. I am unable to see those and so can't leave a comment on their blog. I so enjoyed today. Thanks for all your hard work.

  27. I am so happy you chose this pattern/block/design! I just bought a Dresden plate ruler in September but had yet to use it, when I saw the upcoming blog hop I was so excited!! Thank you so much for providing a place to share the creativity among quilters!

My big burning question is: Do people quilt on top of the Dresden's or just quilt around or does it even matter?

    ReplyDelete
  28. This is going to be such an awesome hop! Guess I had better buy a Dresden ruler.

  29. Congratulations to the tops of the day. All your quilts are awesome. I love them all!!! Thank You for having chosen my quilt, Madame Samm :) It's a honor to see my quilt here!!!

  30. I kept thinking as I hopped around, "How is Samm going to ever choose top 3 from all these stunning Dresdens???? I wait before coming to your blog after I've seen all the other blogs just so I can see if my choices line up with your choices. You chose well, my friend but I admit, there were several stunning designs which made it almost impossible to choose.
    Blessings
