  1. Boring white... but thats what makes them so easy to clean :)

  2. Right now a nice light green set of sheets. Kind of boring, but they are my husbands favorites!

    ReplyDelete
  3. Mine are plain sage-colored sheets that are not nearly deep enough for our new mattress.

    ReplyDelete
  4. I have pink ones on today and I am still single. I want to spend a day visiting your mind, you always bring me smiles. Thank you .

    ReplyDelete
  5. A lovely hint of apricot to the perfect cool crisp Summer sheets :) Wish I had a set in every color of the rainbow. :D

    ReplyDelete
  6. We have a king size bed, so sheets are gettin. rather expensive. I have a lovely set that is solid ecru with embroidery along the header. I hope they don't wear out soon. They match a quilted bedspread that is embroidered with silk ribbon flowers. I got the whole set on sale a couple of years ago.

    ReplyDelete
  7. Like you, I pick the sheets, today white with pink roses!

    ReplyDelete
  8. Off-white with lots of flowers on them, from Ikea. The off-white is in aid of the dogs and the cat....All of them seem to think it is actually their bed. Luckily they are trained to stay on the quilt on the back of the bed or I would not be able to fit in with them!

    ReplyDelete
  9. The fitted sheet on our bed is a plain off-white but our duvet cover is a green botanical print. Love Pellon products! Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Plain sheets on my bed, dark burgundy, and my secondary sheets are cream but very very high thread count (1000 or 3000 can't remember) Egyptian. I bought them on a closeout site dirt cheap but they are my fave because of the un-believe-able softness, they lay on top of you without tangling around you.....never seen them on line since.

When we bought our bed 12 years ago finding 16" deep pockets was nearly impossible, and the selection......plain....

For my daughter's bed I have vintage floral fitted sheets that my mother bought when I was very young, in the early 70's. For the boys...vintage Peanuts fitted sheets (late 70's) that I cannot believe still look new. The guest room had lovely basket weave textured cream sheets. Wow, I have more than I thought. I haven't bought bedding in 10 years, and 90% of it gifts.

I love the peony sheets, they would fit great in our guest/sewing room.

  11. My sheets are a light gold but are 1000 thread count. Boring, but so soft! What my husband doesn't realize is that I have two vintage sheets put away that are so old and soft as butter. They have roses and ribbons on them and look so girly!

    ReplyDelete
  12. My sheets are green check...and I like them because they stay nice and cool and crisp! Thanks so much for a chance to win this wonderful give away!

  13. I just bought some Pellon batting--love it! 16.2 minutes of sitting and watching sheets. Mmmmm...sounds heavenly. I feel very boring about my sheets...nothing exciting....brown. But they're soft!

    ReplyDelete
  14. White with blue flowers, cotton fitted king sheet. My favorite :)

    ReplyDelete
  15. My sheets are an overall print.....vines in ecru. Not so pretty, but they fit the mattress!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Hi!!! I love the peony sheet!!! Very pretty!!! Right now I have vintage yellow floral sheets on my bed!!! I collect vintage sheets and pillow cases. My sheets often don't match the covers but they don't show till your going to bed!!! Don't tell!!! hugs

    ReplyDelete
  17. My sheets are solid pale yellow.

    ReplyDelete
  18. My sheets are plain blue but very soft. I tend to make my own fitted sheets because the shop made ones don't fit my very deep and oh so comfy mattress. Mmmmm now I fancy a little snooze!

    ReplyDelete
  19. Our bed has sage green sheets with embroidery on the top. In winter I put on flannel sheets and have fun red and white snowflakes on them.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I have cream colored sheets with "lacey" edgings on top. I like the cream because I can change out my quilts and they still match!

  21. My sheets are white with wonderful hot pink roses. It is a wonderful silky cotton fabric, and yes the sheets are from Ikea, you know the Swedish company.
Only 15 minutes biking from my home. You could guess if I am there often. LOL!!!

    ReplyDelete
  22. I have yellow floral sheets on the bed. I hang all my sheets on the line for that fresh smell that comes from doing so. Ahhhh!

    ReplyDelete
  23. There is a yellow and white ribbon set on the bed this week from good ol' Martha Stewart. Thanks for the giveaway!

    ReplyDelete
  24. At the moment, Damask Solid, 100% Pima Cotton, 500 Thread count....
Great pic of your peony sheets blowin' in the breeze. Aahhhh, the things you do to get that perfect shot!
    Wonderful give-away!

  25. I have a waterbed, but hate waterbed sheets. I use king size flat sheets for tops and bottoms. Right now, they are just plain old green, but high thread count. I spray my sheets every night with Fabreze ocean scent about 1/2 hour before bed, love that scent as I fall to sleep.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well, our nights have gotten a little cool as of late, so the pretty flannel dusty rose sheets are now gracing the bed.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Love your sheets, Samm. Mine are soft, white 100% cotton.

    ReplyDelete
  28. We have boring white sheets. Oh so comfy though.

    ReplyDelete
  29. We currently have Dark Blue with Satiny stripes on them, but I am planning on changing them in an hour for a set of beige animal printed ones.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Hoje lilás 100% algodão,são do tempo de enxoval,34 anos depois eles estão bem.Obrigada.tiacarminhapezzuto@gmail.com

    ReplyDelete
  31. We have white sheets and a whole cloth white summer weight quilt (mass made...nothing really special). I love the way it makes the room feel like summer.

    ReplyDelete
  32. My sheets are violett and chequered in fine lines. At the Moment I love all sorts of violett and aubergine colour. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  33. The sheets are a celadon green. I love the Kool colors especially during the hot summer days!

    ReplyDelete
  34. Crsip, white & slightly wrinkly cotton...they're not ironed!

    ReplyDelete
  35. No, still boring, plain white fitted sheets! Cool comfortable cotton.

    ReplyDelete
  36. I'm afraid they are plain boring beige. But they go with the comforter.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Sadly, my fitted sheet has a hole in it now. That's how much I've loved them. They were the most comfy sheets ever. Now I have to find another comfy cotton set to replace it. I have fleece bedding for the winter but I also need my cotton!

    ReplyDelete
  38. Tan fleece sheets...they were a Christmas present and they fit our deep mattress perfectly, unlike any of our other sheets. And even though they are fleece, we used them all summer too!

    ReplyDelete
  39. some super comfy plain white sheets. It makes my life easier to just have all white sheets in my linen closet :)

    ReplyDelete
  40. Gorgeous 320 count cotton sheets.......pristine white and line dried so they smell fresh. Just like the sheets did at my Nana's house. I confess to ironing the pillow cases and top sheet hems with my fabric press but that's cause I want to. And, Madam Samm, the identical sheets are on my guest bed so anytime you're in the area.........

    ReplyDelete
  41. We have from JC Penny's no wrinkle sky blue sheets on our bed. With a many shades of brown quilt on the top. Thanks.

    ReplyDelete
  42. Off-white from Ikea. They are so soft and wash like a dream, and not expensive at all. I only have two sets of sheets for each bed in the house, one on the bed and one clean set for when I change the sheets, and I keep those in that bedroom's closet (for ease of access and to make room in my small linen closet). I also store the whole set in one of the pillowcases!

    ReplyDelete
  43. Pale yellow and so, so soft. I bought them at Penney's on sale...can't remember thread count but high. Every time I wash them they get softer. :) blessings, marlene

    ReplyDelete
  44. Beautiful pure white with a lace "cuff" at the top that I turn down over my robin's egg blue duvet cover and the best part...the pillow cases also have the lace crisp and smooth ummmm

    ReplyDelete
  45. The sheets on my bed are hunter green cotton - high thread count, and comfy!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Bed sheets on my bed...Lime green bottom sheet and a stripped top sheet. I know, goofy, but I love them. What I really want, is vintage sheets in queen size. Might have to make some. =)

    ReplyDelete
  47. The sheets have a white background, with modernistic circles in pink and burgundy! Thanks for the chance.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I have light grey and white sheets they are alternate 2 1/2 inch polka dots squares and almost a solid on the other.OMG they look like a quilt.

    ReplyDelete
  49. I don't know if I can join in from the UK???
My sheets are red with white spots and I love them!!

    ReplyDelete
  50. Right now I have green plaid sheets on the bed

    ReplyDelete
  51. Hmm - Right now I have some super soft combed cotton (or something) set of white sheets on - I just discovered a hole in them so the fitted sheet at least has to (sheesh it just occured to me I can just make some PJs out of them) I find awesome sheets hard to find, so I will miss these!

    ReplyDelete
  52. Our sheets are all lilac colored, deep pocket and king size. They are Egyptian cotton and plain as day. Soft though, kind of like someone wore them in for you before you bought them.;)

    ReplyDelete
  53. Lovely 100% cotton in a lovely tan color.Crisp and soft at the same time, if that's possible!

    ReplyDelete
  54. Today they're white cotton with scattered flowers in soft red, pink, a bit of acid green, and aqua vine swirls. I had them for about 5 years. The look kinda vintage-y which I love! Some day they'll become quilt backs...they're so soft.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I buy my high thread count sheets only when I can get them on sale. Need I say, that sometimes the color isn't exactly my first choice, but 'salers' can't be choosers. :) Right now, they are brown but the price on the 800 count sheets was just right! I am a sheets-on-the-line kind of person and even trudge through the snow to hang my sheets outside. I understand your fascination with watching for that perfect picture shot - it is exquisite to see them lifted by the wind.

    ReplyDelete
  56. Usually a set that is 100% cotton, and right now it's straight blue on the bottom, and a blue/white little floral on the top and pillows. It was a set of 2 sheet sets, just from good old Walmart..... Thanks for the giveaway.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Blue striped sheets. The stripes are various colours of blue and go perfectly with my Colonial Blue Chenile bedspread. All so soft and comfy! Thanks for the giveaway.

    ReplyDelete
  58. My sheets are white, but my walls are periwinkle and my duvet is caribbean blue and purple stripes, white curtains, all very I-wish-I-were-on-an-island looking! All it needs is a couple of throw pillows . . .

    ReplyDelete
  59. Right now my sheets are a chocolate brown, soft, but with lots of wrinkles! I was visiting a friend last week and her hubby told us that she ironed the sheets on our bed after she made the bed and thought they were too wrinkled. Silly, but a great friend thinks of things like that, right?? They were purple....loved 'em!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. Looks like something I could use :) I have a simple cotton, off-white flowery sheet set on the bed.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Our sheets look like wild flowers - "water color" looking - and then we have the pretty dull pale green, 600 count sheets, which DWH prefers because they fit the mattress better. I sure need me some Pellon as I am making 12 x 24" throw pillows for our new sofa. The throw pillows that came with the sofa were horribly ugly and dull - I need color. Thanks for a wonderful giveaway Mdm Samm and you just put a little buzz in Vanna's ear for me. Judy c

  62. Yes, I would like to become a Pellon Pillow owner. I need a really nice pillow that won't be squished down to nothing. As for sheets, they come from Ross's Department store, 100% cotton sateen. However, I would be happy to have Pellon sheets on my bed. Thank you for the giveway. Gotta love pillows.

  65. I have been upstairs working on my dots and just now am getting to blog! I would love to win this awesome Pellon giveaway!!

I don't get too frilly with the sheets on my bed because hubby is a farmer and has to get up all through the night to go check barns ... and well sometimes... he comes back to bed with tobacco yuckies on his arms and face! Yep... can stain those sheets really quick! arggg! So, today, we have plain ole' solid country blue sheets on.

Now if you ask me what is on the guest beds... I have antique beige Battenburg Lace sheets. ahhhh to sleep with that wonderful lacy edge pulled up under your chin!! :)

    ReplyDelete
  66. My sheets are white. I like the colour in the rest of the bedding and white goes with everything. Thanks for the nice Pellon giveaway.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Very boring blue sheets...not pretty like yours. I'm asking Santa for nice ones this year. But I have a great quilt on the bed!

    ReplyDelete
  68. Sitting here in front of my open window. I am enjoying the song of the wind, as it plays it's fingers over the drought dry leaves of my oak..occasionally an acorn adds a little extra cadence as bounces several times on the walkway....I think of your sheets snapping in the breeze. AAAHHHH, music to the soul... the sounds and smell of fresh air!!

My sheets this week, are plain purple flannel. We sleep on flannel sheets year round. I keep the sheets plain, because, I have gobs and gobs of fun pillowcases. One set of pillowcases for every holiday, wedding anniversary and birthdays. I like pillows. I have various levels of soft for my pillows, so I can read in bed comfortably.

Thank you for the skill of 23 minutes, working with the timer....this week, my projects and life seems "more in tune" to my desires. For many years, I use to work on a 15 minute or 45 minute appointment based schedule...this timer structure, feels good to me.

Times up! Off to do one of my favorite things: Petting my fabrics.

    Toodles!

  69. I'd like to be able to say that I have beautiful matching sheets on my bed right now, but that would be a blatant lie. This week it was all about what was clean, not what matched. So I've got a blue/white ticking striped flannel sheet on bottom, a sage green 1500 thread count top sheet, a coral colored flannel pillowcase, and a duvet with a reversible cover -- one side paisley, the other stripes. It's a hideous ensemble but at night when my eyes are closed, it feels beautiful. :)
