Part 3 How I make Time... ( 23 MINUTE SNACK)

compliments from  Sonia

It is a bitter sweet day, Part 3 will have
to wait till next Thursday at 4 PM  E.S.T.I am sew sorry!

My DH is home this week on holidays,
and as much as I can work around his schedule..
he had me on his most of the time..
I think you may know what I am talking about...
lol

Sew if you are still interested in hearing
more about TIME and how to have more
ENERGY, sew you will make use of your time.
Please let me know here in comments...

23 x4  minutes Snack...
IN the meantime, here is one great snack,
that will provide you with carbs, protein and fat.
( a very good fat)
This wee bowl is 1/4 cup of almonds ( whole)
and 1 teaspoon of your favourite honey.

When you need something to take away
the hunger pains and you require energy
to do that task that may take you
further than 23 minutes....Here you go...

( oh by the way,
 I am a Registered Nutritionist
and author)

Sew dip your almonds in your honey
and be ready for a fuel that will
take you from no energy to boom..
Well you will have to try it to
understand...lol

You can find many timers on amazon, Target, Walmart, kitchen stores..look for kitchen timers...
Although I can tell you, it may be in many more rooms than just your kitchen...

This is my fav timer, I know at least one lady who
now has one the same colour..Don't you just love it..
it has a great magnet that will stick to almost anything..
They are called Dulton timers...

and I know someone who got one of
these for her birthday, she is always
asking me how to boil a perfect
hard boiled egg lol

compliments from Sue..
It will be an explosive week, hope to see you there..
I think my bowls are on Tuesday ...mmmmm

I had every plan to continue this..
but unfortunately exams and planning hops
for the new year has me running out of time...

IN the meantime..see you in the NEW YEAR
( maybe) lol

*

my best.

  2. Oh, love that magnetic timer! I can see how it would be good to have one for every room in the house. I've been using the timer on my stove this week. It beeps loud enough for me to hear it from any place indoors. lol

Honey and almonds? I snack on almonds and apples, but this is even simpler! Thanks, Samm.

Enjoy time with your sweetie this week.

  4. Yes we are on our husbands schedule some of the time. I'm still working on my hub trying this out. What will work for him is reading it himself rather then me telling him, reminder send him the link!
See you next week I am still on board and spreading the word!

I am def the boss though... haha most of the time
Have a fun day with your hubby.
That is way cool that you are a nutritionist. There are a lot of reaaaallly bad eaters out there omg
We snack on Mozzerella sticks, peanuts, almonds and yogurt probably every day haha
I always eat the cheese and almonds before the gym, and the yogurt after because it is sugary and tastes so good with MORE coffee

  13. Way back in another century, when I was in college, I read all about the 20-23 minute time, and that's how I used to study. Worked beautifully! I'm so glad you blogged about it because I'm always disorganized, and I had forgotten. So, now on busy days, I'm back to that schedule.

  23. I'll be here next week, enjoy having your hubby on holiday. Wish my hubby had more TIME off!!!! BTW, I wrote down three things for yesterday. Had to wrap 6 presents, got that accomplished in 19 minutes. Worked on some paperwork I need to get done, did that for 23 minutes, and then read my magazine for 23 minutes. I can't believe I actually got three things done that I wanted or needed to do! I love this time thing.

  29. I love this series of articles/posts on Time Management. Thank you for bringing them to us.
There is no way i could live without my timer! It tells me when to take my morning pills, reminds me I've been on the putter long enough, and let's me know I've put in my one-hour-housecleaning and now i can go play in my sewing room. It really hleps me stay on task and get more done. I do need a 'portable' one, though. Mine is part of my microwave... it has two timers of two-hour each, built into it.
Hope u have a grand time with the DH.

Thank you again for the tips - they are fantastic!
