I raw edged appliqued some bright, funky flowers on a little "my stuff" bag for my 4 year old niece. She loves it.

I made an applique for a sweet little boy's birthday jacket!
I last used it for an applique block from Annie Downs.
My daughter was going on a trip last summer and wanted a big purse/bag that that she could pack in her suitcase and take out and use when she got to her destination. I hadn't made anything like it in years. I was really pleased with how it turned out. I'm using the leftover fabric to make a table runner right now.

I recently made a tote that used fusible fleece for interfacing.
Oh, to be kept stable.... That would be an accomplishment these days! But now, for my little stitcheries, I back them with stabilizer before stitching. It keeps them crisp and hides the threads well hidden on the back of the piece. Have a blessed day!!
Huge fan! Last time I used it was for a pouch. I get nervous when I run low. There are so many uses for it.
I most recently used it on a tote bag. Right now I am working on some window treatments that aren't hanging just right and wondering if fusible interfacing would help.
as most everything I do is small and practical, I use some sort of fusible in most everything I do.
Lots of purses, electronic cozies, small accesseries--all get a bit of Pellon product somewhere along the line. Some get more than one product included.

Talk about a timely giveaway!! Yesterday I finished the last of 10 walker bags for the ladies at my mom's assisted living center. They liked the one I made for mom because it has a lot of body to it thanks to Pellon's peltex! It gives them a lot of body and they don't flop around on the walker.

Fabric bowls. They come in several varieties, each of which uses a different interfacing.

I Love Pellon too! I first started using Pellon(decades too) when I first learned how to sew at 13. I made all my Pippie's(French Grandfather) Ties. I was so afraid of fusible interfacing, but finally used it in a collar and it worked! I want to make a bag now!
The project didn't 'need' it. I had to use it because I kind of messed up. I was trying to use a scrap that was too small and my seam allowance wasn't enough.
I use so much fusible it's ridiculous...if it wasn't such wonderful stuff! I use fusible batting on most of my small quilts and I use fusible fleece on all my bags. I just love every kind. :) blessings, marlene

Last project? I made about a dozen "Raspberry Ripple" purses for myself and for presents. It got to the point where I finally just bought the rest of what was on the bolt. Purses use up a lot of this stuff! I would love to try different weights to make quilts come alive...I haven't fallen in love with applique yet (except for kids' clothes), but I have a project designed that may just do it for me.

Oh I had a great one for their Wonder Under, one of my WIPS! But Fusible Interfacing. That would have been to stabilize the knits when I dreamed up making quilts from baby clothes. Funny as in haha annoying the first time I bought the wrong thing only to learn that we use interfacing to stabilize knits, but stabilizer for embroidery.

I used iron on stabilizer with my appliques on my place mats that I finished sewing about two weeks ago. Today I ironed a piece on the back of a t-shirt to get ready to machine embroider.
