And our second Guest #57 Today is Michele Foster, Quilting Gallery and wait till you see what is wheeled in for HER for YOU

Quilting Gallery Logo

Hi quilting friends!! Thanks so much to Madame Samm for having me here as today's guest. I'm Michele Foster from the Quilting Gallery. I hope you've all been enjoying the fabulous Wantobe Quilter Campaign . Let's give Madame Samm a round of applause for all the work she's done to bring such quilting joy into the lives of so many.

For the past 6 weeks, over at my Quilting Gallery site, I've been hosting the Celebrate Christmas Quilt-Along and Super Deals for Quilters campaign. We've been having so much fun.

Celebrate Christmas Quilt-Along and Super Deals for Quilters

There are 36 fabulously talented designers creating 12" blocks that you can make. Additionally, several of our favourite online retailers are offering Super Deals just for quilters. Here are four of our gorgeous blocks:

Head over to the Celebrate Christmas Designers' page to see the rest of the blocks or check out our Flickr group to see how they've been made.

As the hostess, I was responsible for assigning the designer dates. They went quickly... so quickly in fact, I forgot to assign myself a date. Duh!! So, today, I'll be featuring my block here. It's called Christmas Ornaments. I hope you like it. I've included instructions on making it into a mini quilt too. Of course, I have a Super Deal for you to enjoy as well.

Quilt-Along Block: Christmas Ornaments

Here's my block! The Christmas Ornaments block is created with fusible appliqué, though you could hand-appliqué it too if you prefer. Included in the pattern are the instructions for creating the mini quilt. The block finishes at 12" and the mini quilt finishes at 19.5". Head over to my blog to download the free pattern and photo tutorial.

  177. It just hit me how really smart your sponsors are. Even if we don't win one of the giveaways, the exposure to new items makes us want all the new stuff. My sewing machine jumps in and out of time (after timing repair), my iron leaks and I just bought fabric that was shown in one of the recent projects. So see.....I may be one of your next customers sponsors...unless I win!!! LOL
